I have finished all my guitar tracks, and have started on the vocals. I have 6 tracks of vocals done, only 13 more to go. Things are coming along really well. Track listing coming soon.... Thanks for the continued support.

The drum tracks are done. For real this time. And so are most of the bass tracks. Neil and I start guitar tracks this week. Everything is coming together really nice. We can't wait for you to hear it. Until next time... Keith/Self Inflicted

Well folks we are taking the next few weeks off to take care of some personal stuff. After that we head into the studio and finally record the new CD titled "Life of Solitude". (YEAH!) In other news, the search for a drummer is over. I am going to stay on drums. I will still contribute on guitar on the recordings, however, Neil, Kieth and I are really happy with the way things are sounding and in the direction we are going, so we will just stay a three piece. Until the next update.....

It is with great saddness that I bring this news to you. Long time friend and drummer John Keese is no longer a member of Self Inflicted. We will not go into details of what or why or how. That's really between us and John. We do wish John all the best. With that said, I am going to be taking over drum duties. And we are going to remain a three piece. On the recording front, with John's departure, we will be re-recording the cd. The title will be "LIFE OF SOLITUDE". Expect an October/November release. Thanks for the continued support.
